1. Your data stays on your device
PawTrack is a local-first app. Everything you enter — pet profiles, photos, vaccines, medications, vet visits, weights, notes and reminders — is stored only on your own device. We do not run servers, we do not require an account, and we never see your data.
2. Family sharing codes & backups
- The “Share pet with family” feature generates an encoded text of one pet’s data (photos are never included). You send that code yourself, through your own apps (WhatsApp, email…). Nothing is transmitted to us.
- Backup / restore uses a JSON file that you export and store wherever you choose. We never receive it.
3. Payments
Subscriptions are processed entirely by the store where you bought them:
- iPhone/iPad: Apple App Store (via RevenueCat as subscription manager).
- Android: Google Play (via RevenueCat).
- Web: Stripe.
We never see, process or store your card details. Those platforms handle your payment data according to their own privacy policies. We only receive an anonymous “premium active / inactive” status.
4. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push-notification server and no marketing messaging.
5. Analytics, ads and cookies
PawTrack contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers and no cookies. Our website is a static page that collects nothing.
6. Children
PawTrack is not directed at children under 13. In any case, the app collects no personal data by design.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Because all app data lives on your device, you control it completely:
- Access / export: use the in-app “Backup” feature at any time.
- Delete: remove the app (or clear its data) and everything is erased.
- Support emails: if you write to us, you can ask for those emails to be deleted at any time.

8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
